My Loud Speaker Marketing | Account Manager
Date: March 2017 – to date
Managing a portfolio of client accounts ($1-2 million combined revenue) and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them. Reviewing projects towards the progression and delivery of the client’s advertisement deliverables including: campaign strategy creation, promotions conception, brand management and marketing materials development. Conducting meetings with clients and informing them about the current status of their projects, design presentations, budget overviews and timelines. Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients. Monitoring performance of colleagues against project briefs and deliverables. Training and mentorship of junior and executive members of the team.
Apex Adventure Plex | Marketing Manager
Date: Jan 2016 – March 2017
Part of the management team responsible for the launch of Canada’s largest indoor recreational active entertainment center. Marketing scope included brand development and positioning, formulating and executing a strategic communications plan across traditional, digital and social platforms, and creating in-store concept and visual identity. In addition working with 3rd party vendors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the marketing objectives. I coordinated marketing programs and initiatives to support build, launch and post-launch activities. Results included delivering 5,000 customers per month within 3 months of opening and over 50% repeat customer retention.
CWA | Account Manager
Date: Oct 2014 – Dec 2015
I was responsible for the key account of Volvo Construction Equipment to develop and support the marketing and brand strategy development for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and North Africa) region. Projects spanned across printed marketing materials, dealer support networks and live conference management. I provided B2B dealership support and engagement through above and below the line advertising development, which regularly involved international travel, to engage with client business operations network.

Date: Sept 2012 – Sept 2014
I was responsible for the active management and oversight of all digital development projects within the agency (including B2C and B2B E-commerce sites). Providing oversight of client communications including: scheduling, invoicing and billing and regular client updates regarding project progression. Internally, I co-ordinated website developments for design, testing and deployments (including new website builds, website refreshes and functional application/widget developments).
Cogent Elliott | Account Manager
Date: May 2010 – Sept 2012
Working as an account lead, towards the Range Rover Evoque nameplate launch, for below the line advertising. Regular interaction with the Land Rover Global Marketing Team towards the management and progression of the Range Rover Evoque marketing and communication materials including: master artwork brochures, market variants brochures, point of sale materials, digital film production, corporate identity and brand guideline documents (9 English speaking market adaptations).
